1. Order Cancellation

• You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placement for a full refund.
• Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.

2. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
• You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Products must be unopened and in their original packaging.

3. Refund Process

• Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days via the original payment method.
• Opened, used, or perishable items are non-returnable.
